Naples, Florida Travel Guide

Hi friends! Hope y’all are having a great week. Is it just me or is this week dragging on like crazy? Last weekend I was visiting my family in Naples and was in serious need of some R&R. This was my second time spending Easter down there and boy is the weather perfect this time of year! I decided to put together a little travel guide for y’all if you are interested in traveling down to Naples! It is a beautiful and darling town that is ever so slightly starting to feel like “home”.

What To Do

The Naples Zoo is one of my favorite places! Even though I have only been once they sure do an amazing job. I went during Christmas when I was down there and it was SO busy so if you can make it during off season I highly suggest you doing so!

Shopping on Fifth Avenue and Waterside Shops are my go to! There are so many cute boutiques on fifth avenue and all you can need at Waterside Shops (hello Lilly, J.Crew, Vineyard Vines, Nordstrom..I can go on)

Who can go down to Naples without hitting the beach? This photo was taken at my beach club but there are so many public beaches available for all guests. Highly suggest checking out the Pier..one of my favorite places to catch the sunsets!

Where to Stay

So this one is a little different for me since we now have a home down in Naples but I have been going down to this area for many many years. We have always stayed at the Ritz Carlton (both golf and beach locations). Tip, if you stay at the golf  location (little cheaper) you can still use all the facilities at the beach location and there is a free shuttle.

Where to Eat

Let’s start this topic off with ice cream, shall we? Y’all Kilwins is the BEST ICE CREAM ever. This past trip I unfortunately gave up ice cream for lent and was leaving early Monday morning so I couldn’t make it down there but my friends, so worth it.

2. Sea Salt– amazing seafood, our go to

3. Tacos & Tequila (the tacos are SO good and cheap)

4. The Bowl..best acai bowls in town

5. HobNob..two words, SO GOOD

6. Food For Thought, great lunch spot

7. Cooper’s Hawk Winery..get the potstickers, sangria, and lettuce wraps. Seriously can never go wrong with this place! Never had a bad  meal. PS- you get 3 free samples of different wine at the bar before your reservation so show up early 😉

Naples is such an incredible place and I hope you all can make it down there sometime soon. If you have ever been to Naples, what are your favorite things to do / places to eat? Would love to hear!
