Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it WHAT?!

Yes, my title to this blog post says it all….it snowed. It is not completely a shocker because I moved to Minneapolis and it is basically the frozen tundra but for some reason I was shocked. I think this was because I can’t believe how fast this year went and it really put into perspective how close Thanksgiving and Christmas are (my favorite holidays). The first snow fall is always magical and it always puts me at ease. Don’t worry, in March/April I will be complaining to you all how annoying the snow is and how I want it to disappear. I’m very fortunate and thankful for how Minneapolis has skyway’s all across the city. This means I can walk from my apartment to work and not have to step my foot outside. How amazing is this? I can see myself going weeks in the winter without taking a step outside because Target / shopping / coffee / restaurants are all connected to the skyway. I mean, what else do I need? It is absolutely perfect.

So today I was scrolling down my bloglovin’ feed and read some great blog posts! One of my favorite bloggers (The College Prepster) had a blog post devoted to her new faux fur vest she just purchased. I have had my eye on this Banana Republic vest for about a month now. After reading Carly’s blog post, I finally made the decision to purchase the vest. I can’t wait for it to arrive and I can’t wait to wear it! I’m so excited!

I hope you all are having a great week! If you live somewhere warm, be sure to send the warm air up to Minneapolis because we will definitely need it!

XOXO
